Terms of Service

Welcome to ChatrBee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChatrBee website, dashboard, and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind the business you represent. By using ChatrBee you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at security@chatrbee.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Send unsolicited feedback invitations (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CASL or similar laws.
  • Attempt to bypass security, reverse engineer the Service, or introduce malware.
  • Post or reply to reviews in a way that is deceptive, harassing, or violates Google's or any platform's policies.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

4. Third-Party Integrations

ChatrBee integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others. Your use of those services through ChatrBee is also governed by their respective terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts to ChatrBee.

Specifically, when using the Google Business Profile integration, you must comply with Google's Business Profile guidelines and Prohibited & Restricted Content policies.

5. Content & Data Ownership

  • Your Content — any feedback, reviews, replies, contact lists, or business data you provide or collect via ChatrBee remains yours.
  • License to ChatrBee — you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Content as necessary to operate the Service.
  • Our Platform — the Service, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by ChatrBee and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI Features

ChatrBee's AI features generate suggested replies based on the review content and context you provide. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is published publicly.

7. Fees & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 90 days unless required to retain it by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT INTEGRATIONS WITH THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING GOOGLE) WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatrBee is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ChatrBee harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
