Sign in with Google

Click "Connect Google Business Profile" inside ChatrBee. You'll be redirected to Google's secure OAuth 2.0 consent screen.

Grant ChatrBee permission

Google will ask whether you want ChatrBee to access your Business Profile reviews. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings.

Pick your location

If you manage multiple Business Profiles, choose which one to connect. ChatrBee only accesses the location you select.

OAuth 2.0 Scopes We Request

ChatrBee requests the minimum scopes required to provide the review management features:

business.manage To list your Business Profile locations, fetch reviews, and post replies on your behalf.
userinfo.email To identify the Google account connecting to ChatrBee.

API Endpoints We Call

  • accounts.list Find the Business Profile accounts you manage.
  • accounts.locations.list List the locations under each account so you can choose which to connect.
  • reviews.list Fetch reviews for the location you have connected.
  • reviews.updateReply Post or update replies to reviews on your behalf.

Data Handling & Storage

  • OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Review content and metadata are cached in our database solely to power your dashboard.
  • We do not sell, share, or use your Google Business Profile data for advertising.
  • You can disconnect your Google account and delete all stored data at any time from the ChatrBee settings page.
  • ChatrBee's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Frequently asked questions

A Google Business Profile is only required if you want to use our Google Reviews features. Our feedback collection, invite, and AI reply features work standalone.
Only users who have connected a Google account that is an owner or manager on the Business Profile can post replies. ChatrBee acts on your behalf using the permissions you grant during OAuth.
No. ChatrBee never modifies, removes, or filters any reviews. We only read reviews and post the replies you (or your approved AI) write.
Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Business Profile and click "Disconnect". You can also revoke access directly from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
ChatrBee uses Google's official Business Profile API under the terms of Google's Limited Use policy. We complete Google's review process before providing these features to users.
